At such a low price, no two-wheeler manufacturer has ever claimed such mileage. Today, Ola Electric has made that claim with a bang. The company, based in Bengaluru, has launched the new 4 kWh battery variant of Ola S1 X for just 1.10 lakh. This electric scooter promises a range of 190 km on a full charge, making it the most powerful and largest battery model in the Ola S1 X lineup. It’s priced 20,000 cheaper than the 3 kWh variant.

The entry-level S1 X 2 kWh variant’s price remains unchanged at 79,999 (ex-showroom). The 4 kWh model offers the same performance as the 3 kWh model, reaching 0-40 km/h in 3.3 seconds and a top speed of 90 km/h.
Ola S1 X’s electric motor has a maximum output of 8 bhp, featuring three riding modes – Eco, Normal, and Sports. Ola claims that the S1 X 4 kWh variant will provide a range of 190 km on a full charge. Co-founder and CEO Bhavish Aggarwal mentioned that customers want high range at a low price. He stated that this model will provide the range of S1 Pro at the price of S1 X.
Ola assures delivery of the 2 and 3 kWh variants of S1 X from April this year. Simultaneously, deliveries for the 4 kWh variant have also begun.Booking of that has been opened. The company aims to increase the number of outlets from 400 to 600 by April in the country.
Furthermore, Ola has introduced an 8-year/80,000 km warranty offer on the batteries of S1 Air and S1 Pro. Additionally, for an extra 5,000, customers can extend the warranty to one lakh kilometers. There’s also an option to extend the warranty up to 1.25 lakh kilometers for 12,500.
