As a multi-purpose vehicle (MPV), Maruti Ertiga has gained immense popularity in the market. It has dominated Indian roads for over a decade as a family car due to its ample space, comfort, and reasonable price, making it the best-selling MPV in the country. Maruti Suzuki has announced the milestone of selling 10 lakh units of the Ertiga.

With over a third of the market share in the MPV segment, Maruti Ertiga has outperformed its competitors. The company sells over 10,000 units of Ertiga every month on average. Additionally, Maruti offers two more MPV models in its portfolio – XL6 and Invicto, both featuring three-row seating.
The entry-level Ertiga is also available in a CNG variant. Maruti Suzuki has noted significant demand for Ertiga not only in urban areas but also in rural regions, contributing to its record-breaking sales. Currently, Ertiga holds a 37.5% market share in the MPV segment.
Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Price and Variants:
The price of Maruti Suzuki Ertiga ranges from ₹8.69 lakhs to ₹13.03 lakhs (ex-showroom), with three trims and eleven variants to choose from. Automatic options are available in three models – VXi, ZXi, and ZXi+. The CNG model comes in two variants, while the top-of-the-line model is the ZXi+. The Ertiga is equipped with a 1.5-liter Dual VVT engine, introduced in India in April 2012.
