Kawasaki Z500: Forget Ninja bikes, Kawasaki shakes up with Z500 street-fighter

In every part of the world, riders are showing intense love for streetfighter motorcycle. Most demand is for mid-weight models. So, companies are focusing more on launching more models in this segment. Like Kawasaki just launched a new model named Z500. Its price is set at 6,240 euros, which is around 5.27 lakh Indian rupees. Kawasaki Z500 is unveiled in Europe :

At this year’s EICMA 2024 motorcycle show held in Milan, Italy, Kawasaki Z500 made its first appearance. It draws inspiration from the larger Z-series models in terms of design. Hence, it has a aggressive style. The model features split seat and side-mounted exhaust.

To boost speed on the road, the new Z500 comes with a 451cc parallel-twin cylinder engine. It delivers up to 45 bhp power and 42.6 Nm torque. The bike is built on a steel trellis frame. Telescopic forks at the front and mono-shock suspension at the rear are provided. Dual-channel ABS with disc brakes on both wheels is present. Currently, it rides on 17-inch wheels with 110/70 section tire at the front and 150/60 section tire at the rear.

Kawasaki Z500 key features:

Key features of Kawasaki Z500 include LED illumination, LCD for the standard model, TFT screen for SE trim, and smartphone connectivity. The SE trim’s display will show navigation, ride statistics, and call and SMS alerts. The standard version will be available in Metallic Spark Black, while the SE trim will come in Candy Lime Green and Candy Persimmon Red colors. This motorcycle may also be launched in Indian market in future.
