Within the next one to one and a half years, Bajaj Auto is planning to introduce a batch of new bikes and scooters. Recently, the company has updated their Pulsar N and NS range with digital instrument console, Bluetooth connectivity, and LED lighting. Bajaj’s Managing Director, Rajiv Bajaj, revealed that they are all set to bring the world’s first CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) motorcycle very soon. Additionally, a major highlight for this year is the Pulsar 400 that is expected to be launched between the month of April and June.
Bajaj Pulsar NS400: Specifications
The Pulsar NS400 will be Bajaj’s flagship model and is expected to be unveiled in the upcoming quarter. From design perspective, the motorcycle is anticipated to draw some inspiration from the Pulsar N series.Though regarding this bike, no official confirmation has been provided by the company.
The forthcoming Pulsar NS400 or N400 may house a 373.2 cc liquid-cooled engine, similar to the one used in the Dominar 400 and the previous KTM 390 Duke. The engine might undergo slight tuning, and the bike is expected to have a 6-speed gearbox.
Bajaj Pulsar NS400: Features
Notable features of the Pulsar NS400 include an all-digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity, LED DRLs, LED headlamp, LED tail lamp cluster, and LED turn signals. The bike will also feature a split seat, split grab rail, split handlebar setup, and sporty ergonomics.
Bajaj Pulsar NS400: Price
It is speculated that the Bajaj Pulsar NS400 will be positioned below the Dominar 400 and is estimated to be priced around 2 lakhs (ex-showroom) or slightly higher. The braking responsibilities will be handled by disc brakes on both ends along with dual-channel ABS.Talking of suspension duties, there will be telescopic front forks and a rear mono-shock suspension.
