Hyundai Creta EV will launch soon, boasts two exclusive features and a range of 450km

It has been quite for some time since electric batteries has been introduced in the SUV market.More and more companies are venturing into that realm.Now,Hyundai is also gearing up to introduce an another new SUV in its electric lineup – the Hyundai Creta EV. The testing phase of the vehicle has recently been observed on the roads of Hyundai’s birthplace, South Korea. Even before the updated version of the Creta SUV hit the market in January, this electric model had already become a hot topic among eager customers.

Hyundai Creta EV is on its way

In a camouflaged state, the Hyundai Creta EV gave a glimpse of its design. Spy shots revealed a wide LED DRL strip similar to the ICE model sold in this country. Additionally, it features LED projector headlamps. However, instead of the traditional radiator grille seen in combustion models, this one comes with a closed panel.

Remarkable features of the Creta EV’s electric model include 17-inch aero design alloy wheels, which are commonly seen in any EV model. The presence of the charging port can be observed on the front fender. Furthermore, it has a smooth bumper with a twin radiator grille.

Among other features, it boasts a large touchscreen infotainment system, a new graphics-integrated all-digital instrument cluster, revamped center console, a 360-degree surround camera, and second-level ADAS features. Though Hyundai hasn’t revealed the car’s specifications yet. However, it’s estimated to have a battery pack ranging from 55 to 60 kilowatts that will provide a range of 450 kilometers on a full charge.
