In the realm of updating vehicles at various times, SUV specialist Mahindra has taken the lead. This time around, the company has announced the addition of a new color scheme to their two popular models Thar and Scorpio Classic. These two models have been given the Stealth Black color, replacing the previous Napoli Black shade. It’s very difficult to distinguish between the two model. In a word, only exterior body color has been changed, but there is no visible difference in appearance between the two.
Mahindra Thar and Scorpio Classic receive new color updates
With the addition of new color options, Mahindra Thar now offers five different exterior shades. Similarly, Mahindra Scorpio Classic adds four new color options.The color options for the three-door Thar include Red Rage, Deep Grey, Stealth Black, Everest White, and Desert Fury. On the other hand, the Scorpio Classic offers Galaxy Grey, Everest White, Stealth Black, and Molten Red Rage.
Additionally, the Napoli Black exterior paint is added to Scorpio N, XUV700, XUV300, and Bolero Neo. Contextually, Mahindra is currently working on the five-door version of Thar. It is being brought in to compete with the Maruti Suzuki Jimny. This model will be available for sale alongside the 3-door Jimny. Road testing is currently underway, and it could be launched later this year.
On the other hand, the new generation Mahindra Scorpio Classic was launched in India in August 2022.Mahindra also sells this mode alongside Scorpio N. Extensive design changes have been made in this model compared to the previous version.The price of the vehicle now starts from Rs.13.59 lakh and goes up to Rs.17.45 lakh (ex-showroom).
